6. Pricing and Payments
6.1 Transaction Fees
Jozie AI charges a 10% transaction fee on all payments processed through the platform. Service providers receive 90% of the payment, and Jozie AI retains 10% for platform operations.
6.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). You agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
6.3 Pricing
Service providers set their own prices. Jozie AI does not control, recommend, or endorse any particular pricing model.
6.4 Billing
Service consumers are billed per transaction based on:
- Base fee set by the provider
- Size-based fees (if applicable)

6.5 Refunds
Refund policies are determined by individual service providers. Jozie AI does not guarantee refunds for consumed services.
7. Intellectual Property

10.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEZIFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION.
10.4 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Jozie AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
